I am with mercari for a year and had been a good buyer for a year , recently Jan 10 2017, I bought a cast iron pot , it came with a big chunk of paint had been chip off I requested to return the item to seller one of the team member Maria took over, and I did not know what happy to my page it got freeze it wouldn't send messages or photos, and the company set the way now, you can reach out to them, nobody can call it is totally no help anyway.
