Lots of issues...


I am quite angry because I sold a video game that worked COMPLETELY fine I only used it twice! There were no scratches on it and I swear it worked. The buyer said there were a ton of scratches and said it didn't work, she issued a return which is fine by me but the company canceled the transaction and said that I wont get my item back! How messed up that the customer gets to keep the item they didn't paid for because they claimed it didn't work (which I take the customers side hey maybe it didn't work) but I should at least get my item back because it works for me! Also. I requested a direct bank deposit, it no longer says I can cancel so I am pretty sure that means it is delivered to my account. But there is nothing and I requested that deposit maybe 4 days ago. Someone tell me this is normal because it was $250!!
