I've been going around and ask for help but mercari seem to not reply and not try to help me at all, now my account get suspended for some stupid reason, you ask me to verify my identity, I did but you said you can't verify and ask me to contact the help center, they usually took more than 24 hours to reply me, and so my account may be will close by you before they reply, please help, ai really need you to cancel the suspension and reply my message from the help center in the next 5 hours or I will have to contact my lawyer to interfere. The shipping address I used for the account is 211 Sunrise Ct, Newport News, VA 23608. Look into my account and reply my message in help center too!
