Disgusted with the service !

My past listings I had no problem with Mercari Service. Recently I had completely two different transactions that went bad. The same thing happened twice where as the buyers were not responding to my messages so that I may ship them the right product . The first one I shipped off but was never rated so as you know you don't get paid & they had to give me a credit . Thankfully the second time I never shipped it otherwise I would have had the same thing happen again. I contacted mercari and they are not responding. I am very frustrated and upset with the service they are making me look like a bad seller.
