Don't use this company, it's a scam!

I ordered a dress a month ago and it never came. The tracking number tells me it never left the USPS. I called USPS and they told me a layble was made but nothing was dropped off. I contacted mercari and they told me I would get a refund. It's been 2 weeks now and still nothing so I asked mercari when I was going to get my refund back and they told me they don't understand my question. They have no phone number so you can only contact them in a e-mail. After you send them a e-mail it takes the 3 days to get back to you. Then another 3 days until you get your money back. I've received a refund once before because the seller told me the item was sold out. Now I have another problem. I also ordered a different dress the same time I did the other one. The seller told me it was new with tags. Yes it was but it had a rip on it. When I contacted mercari they asked for pictures so I sent them. They took over a week to get back to me. Then sent me a label to my email to ship it back. They told me once the package was sent back I'll get my refund. Another week goes by and nothing. I ask them when I'll get my refund and they tell me at first I'll be getting one within a couple days. Then send another one telling me to disregard that last email, theirs a problem and they have to figure out the situation and get back to me. So like I said this is a scam! A rip off! Do not buy or sell anything on this shitty app. Now I'm out of $100 if I don't get my money back, after looking at the reviews doesn't look good. Just use eBay, it's safe and they don't suck!
