Horrible customer service and scammers.


I bought two items that were bundled. Seller adjusted the price accordingly. She sent one item to me and "forgot" the second. I sent her a message telling her about it and she apologized saying she'd send it the next day. Mercari tells you to message the seller to work things out and that's what I did. Well she was talking to other potential buyers on the post of the item about it so I realized she's a scammer and I messaged Mercari. They told me because I reported this after 3 days (3 days I was waiting for the item to come in the mail) that the seller would be released the funds because they shipped the item. I replied saying NO, she sent half of it and kept the rest of the money. Now obviously the seller is just a bad person but I don't think the customer service is actually human. There's no way they could review the messages on both listings and sent privately and not realize that she committed fraud. Definitely not buying on that app again.
