NO CUSTOMER SERVICES HELP! SHOULD BE SUED!!!
I've sold some items on the Mercari app without any issues. However, recently, a couple of my buyers haven't rated their item, therefore, my payment isn't being released. I kindly asked my buyers to rate the item, but no response! For of all, no help from customer service! It's absurd! They should be used because this app is a scam!
