Non refunded order.
Ma buyer purchased one of my items. I sent it out the same day like literally an hour after. My buyer never receives the item. Another week later after I have contacted them 5 times they cancel the order and don't refund me! I never had a problem with them until this started happening. The same thing happen a few weeks earlier with some shirts I purchased. I bought them, the seller shipped the next day. I never received them. It's took over a month to resolve the issue. And I have no idea if she got her money returned. Mercari never responded to any of my messages to them. Worst customer service ever. I'm thinking about canceling my account because of this. I can't risk selling something expensive it getting lost and no refund. Great to sell on because of no fee. Horrible customer service and risky place to buy or sell.
