This App will litterally ROB YOU and you will have NO WAY of reaching them.
I recently purchased $265 subwoofers from this site. It is VERY apparent that this company has not set very efficient guidelines for shipping. My seller went through a hell of a lot of trouble just trying to get it to ship! Enough so that it ended up costing WAY too much to ship so the seller and I mutually agreed to complete the transaction privately. ALTHOUGH, now I can't even cancel my order! The app gives me a date and says after 5 days I will be able to cancel it. What kind of ridiculous policy is this? not only that I can't cancel, but day by day the date actually keeps moving back! It is very uncomfortable for me to not know what is going on with my money and not even knowing if I will see it again! AND THERE IS NO ONE I CAN CONTACT. Their messaging system will even tell you how backed up they are and has the nerve to thank you for your patience. These guys running this app are scammers all the way and are making a killing off of keeping people's money in limbo. So I strongly urge anyone reading this to stop using the app because if you happen make a purchase and something goes wrong(which is always likely with any online shopping service) you should not expect any support from Mecari.
