User comment: Won't respond to my customer service request

They did the same to me,,but I finally got the return slip and mailed broken replica item back. I sent several messages regarding my refund to no avail after 4 days I filed complaint with my bank. They retaliate by suspending my account for good.This is worst app in the world if you purchase a faulty item.
