I SOLD A CELL PHONE. PAID FOR SHIPPING AND GAVE TRACK NUMBER. THE BUYER GOT THE PHONE AND SAID IT WAS LOCKED. NOT TRUE BECAUSE I DID A FACTORY RESET AND THERE WAS NO LOCK. I'VE ASKED, EVERY DAY FOR THEM TO EITHER RATE ME SO I CAN GET MY MONEY OR JUST SEND PHONE BACK. NO RESPONSE AND THERE IS NO WAY TO FILE COMPLAINT WITH MERCARI BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A FORM TO FILE COMPLAINT. JUST FAQ'S.
