Mercari suspended my account and I can't log in to get my money! - Mercari app

I have contacted you guys multiple times and I will keep at it. I understand that my account is suspended and that's fine. But I have pending transactions on there that I need to take care of! I sold a lot of things last week and I am owed somewhere around $150-$180. I can't access my account and I need it fixed so I can log on and get it. I also bought a lot of things that I'm sure the buyers want to be rated so they can get their money!!! Please email me at ma2638055@yahoo.com. My username is Ma2638055 on Mercari . Please fix it to where I can get back on and finish my transactions!
