Mercari is deleting my account

I sent one buyer a necklace and I taped the necklace to the envelope and taped it closed. She claims that she received an empty envelope when I know that is not true. She demanded that I send her another necklace but I had no more necklaces she had gotten my last one. I told her she could contact Mercari and get her money back or she could just pick something off my page for the equivalent price. Well later that day ironically I get a message from Mercari saying I had prohibited items (but none of my items were prohibited) and my account was going to be deleted. I checked my page and all of my items are gone except my sold items.
