This is the second time I have a problem with an item i bought from mercari app. The sellers advertised their item as working but when I received it. Its a useless piece of junk. The first complaint was resolved after almost 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of their CS. Today I received an email that they complete a transaction that I received last Monday which I contacted them right away that the item is not as described by the seller. The seller advertised it as working and the picture is really nice and the seller has excellent ratings. But I couldn't use the item she sent me as it wasn't working and I contacted the seller which agree that i can return it but then Mercari has been deaf and not replying to any of my messages. For 5 days I have been sending them messages that I need a refund but they never reply. Then only for them to release the money today to the seller with absolutely no mention of my complaint. No, that's not right and I want my money back. They can keep the junk the seller sent me. I freaking hate this app. I could care less if they want to blocked me from this app as long as they refund my money first. Im stuck in here with a piece of junk and lose money. What kind of business these people are running? I just want my money back and get the last 2 items that I bought and they can banned me all they want from their app. I even contacted them through twitter and there contact us via app. No reply whatsoever. Where is my money mercari????
