Terrible customer service. - BKE Jeans


I purchased a pair of BKE jeans from a seller on Mercari on 5/9/2015. The seller messaged me several days later after I paid for the jeans, saying she couldn't ship the jeans. She also said she contacted Mercari to cancel the order and has not yet got a response from Mercari. I also have messaged Mercari myself several times explaining that the seller wasn't able to ship me the jeans I paid for and that I would like a refund. I have not gotten a response from Mercari. I'm getting very aggravated and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and informed them about my situation. Can someone please help me???? Please email me at Sarahcooper7832@yahoo.com

They do it on purpose they keep your money, hopefully you have received your refund if not file complaint with your bank. I did and they suspended my account.
