I bought a used COACH bag from them 3 weeks ago the SELLER had wrote some wear and tear and little stains. when I received the PURSE it had a lot of wear and tear the picture she showed didn't show all of that. but MERCARI still gave the lady the money. after 3 weeks emailed me 10:30 pm 2/23/15 and said my order was complete. The ONLY way you have to get in contact with them is through email call that corporate line they don't answer so PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE BUYING because you WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK
