Terrible - No Customer Service at all

I bought something that was not as described. Mercari has not and will not respond to any of my messages to try and figure out what to do etc. How can you run a business that has no customer service when people are purchasing and sending off thousands and thousands of goods??? I'm not sure this company will be around much longer - Stick with ebay - much safer and will respond to any complaints you may have. STAY AWAY FROM MERCARI!!!!!!!!!
